Established in the early 1990’s we offer a friendly run B & B, catering for couples, families, business people, golfers and holiday makers alike on all kinds of breaks.
A 20 minute walk will take you to the town centre, or by a leisurely stroll through the Lade Braes Walk. A bus service nearby will take you around town and to the local bus and train station. We are ideally placed as a touring base for Central and Eastern Scotland. Edinburgh is 54 miles away, Perth 31and Dundee 11 miles. The villages of the East Neuk are a very short drive away, with their picturesque harbours and attractive coastal walks.
