The house is adjacent to a working arable farm, with extensive views of the Forth and the Lammermuir Hills. The dining room looks over a lovely courtyard to the front of the building, whilst to the rear the lounge overlooks a secluded patio area, where a rockery and lawned area is in the process of developing.
