The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one kingsize double and one twin; both bedrooms have generous fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers, bedside cupboards and in the master bedroom a small chest of drawings. A fully equipped kitchen complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, full cooker and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, food processor, toaster and fridge/freezer. There is a large lounge with plenty of comfortable seating, a 28inch TV, DVD player and hifi, and dining table with four chairs. A generous bathroom completes the flat with shower over bath and toilet.
