"Ambleside" is set in the heart of rural North East Scotland. It offers views of the North Sea to the east and pine forests and heather clad hills to the west. We are situated 15 mins drive from Aberdeen and Banchory and 10 mins drive from Stonehaven, Just off the B979 in Netherley, making it the ideal location for walking, shopping and sightseeing in the North east of Scotland. Ambleside was built to our own specification in 1990/91 and recently extended and altered to form three ensuite bedrooms for guests. Our three guest rooms are all at ground floor level. The nearest railway station is at Stonehaven and the nearest airport is at Aberdeen. We have ample car parking facilities at the house, there is no public transport to Netherley.
