The house is midway between the local towns of Aboyne and Kincardine O'Neil, and only 35 miles west of Aberdeen. It is located just off the A93, which runs west from Aberdeen, towards Ballater and Braemar. The entrance to our drive is clearly signposted from the road by official tourist board blue signs. The house is located at the top of our drive, which is approximately 400m long; (NOT the house in the woods at the bottom of our drive).
