Seven miles from Melrose, Selkirk and Hawick, just an hour from Edinburgh and Newcastle Airports.
We have a spacious ensuite double room with power shower and a large bright family room with a double bed and two singles also with private facilities.
For your enjoyment flasks of pure spring water from our private well are provided in your room. Our half acre garden will be a haven for you, to relax and enjoy the quiet peacefulness of the Scottish Borders. Enjoy a meal at one of the nearby pubs or travel a short distance to nationally renowned gourmet restraunts. For breakfast we cater to please all tastes with fresh home made bread and preserves.
