Gruinard

Gruinard 'Gruinard' is a picturesque stone built cottage, built at the turn of the century and has been refurbished to a very high standard with all modern facilities but keeping the original features of the period such as fireplaces and natural wood panelling. This attractive and appealing guest house has a friendly and informal atmosphere, along with stunning views over the River Forth to Edinburgh and its skyline beyond. The colourful walled garden to the rear of the property is alive with local birdlife and contains unusual and very large driftwood sculptures along with many other seaside treasures all of which have been recovered locally, and are to be seen amongst the ever changing shrubbery.
